According to The Hollywood Report, New Line Cinema has grabbed up the film rights to the big-screen take on the hugely-populated mobile app. Halfbrick Studios, the developer of this game is looking to adapt as a live-action family comedy.
This movie will produced by Tripp Vinson (San Andreas, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters) through his Vinson Films production banner. There isn't a release date officially announced but expect to release in next year.
